How to Install Opencv, Numpy and Matplotlib Easiest

Hallo guys, today I try to show you how to install opencv, numpy and matplotlib using  cmd. By the way, its my first English article and you know I have  bad English especially grammar, so I’m so sorry if u found some oddity in my article :v. Even though its my way to improve my english.

Oke, back to the topic. Most articles I found in others website and youtube channels including the openCV documentation, seem concerned only with python 2.7 and install with manual method (download file by website and manual install, copy paste opencv file in python site_packeges folder).
There, we can start by installing the latest stable version of python 3, which is in this article I’m using python 3.7. You can get the installer in https://www.python.org/downloads/. The default Python Windows installer is 32 bits and this is what I will use in this article. If you need the 64 bits version of Python u can download 32 bits installer, adjust to your computer system.

If you have downloaded, start the installer and select Customize installation. On the next screen leave all the optional features checked. Finally, on the Advanced Options screen make sure to check Install for all users, Add Python to environment variables and Precompile standard library. Optionally, you can customize the install location. I’ve used C:\Python37. You should see something like this

After that, press the Install button and in a few minutes, depending on the speed of your computer, you should be ready. On the last page of the installer, you should also press the Disable path length limit:

Now, you can check Pyhton installed correctly or not using cmd. Open cmd on C location. You can do it by press “Shift +  right click”  and then chose “Open command window here”. Afte that, write “Python” in cmd. If your installation succeded, you can see like this.

Exit from the Python interpreter by writing quit() and pressing the Enter key.
Open the cmd like before and write the following code
1.      Python –m pip install numpy (for install numpy)
2.      Python –m pip install opencv-python (for install opencv)
3.      pip install matplotlib (for install matplotlib)

Check installation by opening python IDE and write following code
1.      import numpy as np
2.      import cv2
3.      import matplotlib

If you have no error, let’s try with first simple test. Start the Python interpreter and write:

Before you run this program, make sure you have downloaded this image and saved it as "clouds.jpg".

If your code no mistake, you can see figure like this :
